Narcissos Waterpark Resort - Protaras

We had a lovely family holiday, enjoying the clean, comfortable rooms and a decent variety of food, although the kids' meals could have been healthier. I'd definitely return.

The water park was a playground of joy! My family and I loved the vibrant slides, and the kids were totally engaged all day. The themed dinner nights, especially the Mexican one, served the best tacos ever, taking our dining experience up a notch.

Booked 5 days, all-inclusive. Perfect for families, good value for money. Fantastic cocktails by head barman Panayiotis. Will stay again.

Friendly staff. Panayiotis made some fantastic cocktails and made the stay memorable. Water park is a lot of fun and has several lifeguards working. Clean rooms. All the hotel facilities are conveniently located (no need to walk far).

Lunch and dinner could be better. I would always find 1-2 good things to eat but in general, the average quality of the food needs to be improved. Deserts were always quite nice and fruit was always available. Mid-afternoon snack bar had a nice gyro which I enjoyed.

The whole story in a nutshell

We enjoyed our stay with a fantastic pool and water park. The dining was awesome, with a broad, high-quality selection thanks to a passionate catering manager and attentive staff. A nice experience overall, despite some room imperfections. Cleanliness and service were great.

The outdoor pool and sports facilities were a hit. Enjoyed exploring Ayia Napa Harbour and trying water skiing nearby. Good options at the restaurant and fun folklore shows added to the vibe.

One downside was the slow service at the reception. It was rather frustrating trying to get help when needed.

I came here for 4 nights and had a nice stay. The hotel was pleasant and reasonably priced with excellent location close enough to the children's water park, and the center of Protaras. The highlight was the appetising food.

its location close to the main street with all the restaurants was particularly good and lovely. all the staff was very good, settled my issues.

the water park is perfect and has great slides for all ages. cleaning could be improved.

The Landscape was fantastic and the Hotel is near Protaras Centre but at the outskirt of town so it helped to avoid traffic during weekends.

Tv was not working and when reported nobody came to solve the problem. Breakfast was not great but with small efforts it can be improved. The Hotel could be superb if renovated in rooms... It is as is since built!!!!

The breakfast here is fresh and one of the best things about staying at this place, I would gladly return for another visit. Rewritten: the breakfast is really fresh and one of the best parts of our stay here, I'd definitely come back.
